A video or phone consultation does not replace a physical examination. If your child has breathing difficulty, seizures, persistent vomiting, a very high fever or looks very unwell, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Can I consult Dr. Khanna from outside India?
Yes. Wherever you and your child are, in Hyderabad, elsewhere in India or abroad, you can book a video or phone consultation. Timings are in Indian Standard Time.
Is it a video call or a phone call?
Either. It is a proper paediatric consultation with an appointment record and a prescription, held by video or phone.
How do I book?
Use the “Book online / video consultation” button, which opens the booking page. The booking service sends your confirmation and the video link. You can also say “Hi” on WhatsApp to 81251 24422 for help.
When are online consultations available?
Every day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 to 10 AM and 7 to 8 PM (Indian Standard Time). Available slots are shown when you book.
